DESIGN & PROTOTYPING
Valve design and prototyping are fundamental to a product in which attention to detail determines strength and durability under all conditions of use. Aesthetics, functionality, and construction quality are our goals.
To ensure high quality and functional standards for the customer, we design in-house and test each of our valves before industrial production. Our in-house engineering department designs each component, which is then "printed" and assembled into a working 3D prototype to begin a lengthy process of user testing before production.

The whole "homemade" process
The entire production cycle is carried out within our Valduggia plant. In the production process we constantly monitor the quality of our valves at every stage. We are proudly "artisans," but we have developed and improved a rigorous process in which technology and automation allow us to be flexible and responsive at all times for all needs and challenges that come our way.

Our company has grown over the years in both size and production capacity, thanks in part to a forward-looking plan of investment and technology that allows us to remain competitive on both small and large production batches on the one hand and to optimize and minimize the environmental impact of our work on the other.
Logistics
At the end of the production cycle, after final quality checks, our products are carefully packaged ready for shipment to the customer or to the in-house warehouse that handles customized scheduled delivery plans according to different needs.
